WebSocket 帧处理器。

业务回调（handleMessage / afterConnectionClosed）一律投递到容器统一的 WorkerExecutor，避免历史上 static final Executors.newCachedThreadPool() 造成的 「线程数无界 + 生命周期不可关闭 + 队列无上限」问题；共享同一业务池也保证 WebSocket 与 HTTP 请求的并发上限由同一组配置（biz-worker-threads / prefer-virtual-threads）约束。
