public class FileValidationException
extends RuntimeException

文件校验异常

当 FileSecurityValidator 校验失败时抛出，携带 FileValidationError 以表达精确的失败原因（业务错误码 + HTTP 状态码）。

由全局异常处理器中的专用 @ExceptionHandler 拦截， 统一映射为 400 Bad Request 并返回包含业务错误码的 GlobalError。
